Sydney Designer Beats Temu’s Form Glitch to Remove Thousands of Copycat Tees

Warwick Levy, the owner of the gender‑neutral brand Lonely Kids Club, discovered that Temu was selling thousands of copies of his T‑shirt designs.

Levy tried the platform’s Intellectual Property violation form, but after about 40 minutes of entering details the window vanished, erasing his work each time.

To avoid the disappearing form, he first gathered all required information in a separate document. Then he opened the IP form in an incognito browser window, stayed signed in, and never closed the tab.

He filed the reports as trademark violations rather than generic copyright claims. This approach, he says, accelerated the review and the duplicate listings were removed in just over a week.

A Temu spokesperson confirmed that, after receiving Levy’s reports, the offending listings were promptly taken down, citing the platform’s policy to enforce IP rules.

Levy’s step‑by‑step method shows other small designers a practical way to fight online design theft without costly legal battles, especially when platforms’ reporting tools are unreliable.
