They added a warehouse in Canberra and one in Lentor.

The leaders managed the warehouses and deliveries.

They moved goods between warehouses and packed vapes for delivery.

They also collected money from distributors and paid salaries.

Distributors got S$4,000 to S$8,000 a month, packing vapes and handing orders.

Area distributors delivered orders, kept cash, and gave the rest to distributors.

The group used WhatsApp and Telegram, with 'Nobody' sending orders.

Distributors met at a car park to hand over orders for delivery.

They met twice a day to deliver 105 to 210 orders, except on Sundays.

Tan was arrested with 31 vapes and S$2,400 cash.

The police arrested 11 men and one woman for vapes that day.

They found two storage locations in other raids.

The prosecution wants Tan to get 10 to 11 months in jail and a S$45,000 fine.

They said vapes are a big problem in Singapore, despite health risks.

More people are getting caught with vapes, with 9,680 in the first nine months of 2025.

The numbers are still high, with 2,589 caught in the first three months of 2026.

The prosecution said the group's operations were complex, using technology.

Tan would have delivered over 10,000 vapes in his time with the group.

Tan's lawyers asked for six months in jail, saying he has a strong support system.

They said Tan's mother died when he was young, and he worked hard to provide for his father.

Tan worked long hours as a waiter before joining the group.
