49ers Player Dre Greenlaw Talks About His Time with the Denver Broncos

San Francisco 49ers player Dre Greenlaw criticized Denver, saying the high altitude made him feel unwell.

Dre Greenlaw did not enjoy his time with the Denver Broncos. He is happy to be back with the San Francisco 49ers.

Greenlaw played for the Broncos after signing a big contract, but they let him go almost a year later. He then returned to the 49ers on a one-year deal. The high altitude in Denver was not the main reason he left, but he will not miss it.

Greenlaw said, 'The altitude was bad. My mouth and nose were dry, and I could not sleep. I was struggling.'

Greenlaw said, 'The air in California is fresh, and it makes a difference. You can run all day.'

Greenlaw's time with the Broncos started badly. He got hurt on the second day of practice and was out until the seventh week of the season.

Greenlaw said he felt alone when he was hurt. His coach was not happy with him, and he felt like he was being ignored.

Greenlaw said he knew the trainers better than his teammates because he was not playing. He played in eight games and had 43 tackles.

The Broncos' defense was different from what Greenlaw was used to. He said he never fully understood it and took responsibility for his mistakes.

Greenlaw said, 'I do not blame the Broncos. I was not in good shape after my injuries, and I should have taken it slow.'

Greenlaw played against the Washington Commanders.

Greenlaw said, 'I know what I could have done better. I feel like I let myself and everyone down.'

After being let go by the Broncos, Greenlaw signed with the 49ers again. He is happy to be back in Southern California.
