Help with school admissions

Children from small ethnic groups will get priority admission to public preschools.

School students will get priority admission to special schools and public schools.

Students who finish lower secondary school can go straight to upper secondary school or vocational training.

Those who finish upper secondary school can go straight to university preparatory schools or vocational training.

For university, eligible students will get the most priority points possible.

The policy also helps with master's and doctoral admissions, with extra points or direct admission.

In some cases, ethnic minority language certificates can be used for postgraduate admissions.

Help with learning

The policy proposes different levels of financial help for different groups of students.

The help will range from 30% to 150% of the base salary per month, depending on the level of education.

University students will get the most help and priority for dormitories.

The help will be given for the actual months of study, up to nine months per year.

Students will only get one type of help, with the highest level of support.

The policy also uses data from the National Population Database.

Students will not need to submit documents if the information is already available.

Documents only need to be submitted once, and can be done in person, by post, or online.
