Dump Truck Driver Charged with Drunk Driving

A man from Brampton, Ontario, is in trouble for driving a dump truck while drunk. The truck was moving into oncoming traffic.

Police got a call about a dump truck crossing into the wrong lane near Queen Street in Puslinch Township. It almost hit other vehicles.

The police looked into it and charged a 27-year-old man with drunk driving. They found a bottle of alcohol in the truck.

The man's driver's license is suspended for 90 days, and the dump truck is taken away for seven days.

The man will go to court on September 18.

The police thank the person who reported the truck. This helped keep the roads safe.
