NYT Connections Hints for July 26, 2026

The NYT Connections puzzle today is easy for parents.

Connections is a popular New York Times word game. It's about finding common themes between words. Like Wordle, it gets harder each day, so we have hints to help.

The NYT's new word game is a social media hit. Wyna Liu helped create it. You can play on the web or on your phone. You group four words that have something in common.

Each puzzle has 16 words in four groups. These can be book titles, software, or country names. Only one answer is correct, even if many words seem to fit.

If you get all four words in a group right, they disappear from the board. If you guess wrong, it's a mistake. You can make up to four mistakes.

You can move the words around to make it easier to find connections. Each group has a color: yellow is easy, green is next, then blue, and purple is hard. You can share your results on social media.
