Ong Toi offers creative rice roll fillings such as Chinese sausage, giang water‑bug extract and shrimp floss. Co Hue snail noodle soup, run by Bui Thi Hue for nearly 40 years, serves clean snails in a savory broth priced VND40,000‑100,000 per bowl.
Tuyet Bun Cha 34 was selected for the 2024 Michelin Bib Gourmand for its made‑to‑order grilled bun cha and crispy spring rolls. Oc Di Tu, on the Michelin Selected list for four consecutive years, offers about 70 seafood dishes and air‑ships key ingredients like sweet snails and Ca Mau crabs daily.
