A large cybersecurity event took place in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday, drawing thousands of university students eager to improve their digital safety. The session is especially relevant as online scams become more sophisticated and affect everyday users.

The workshop, called ‘Cyber Vanguard - Students’ Online Shield 2026’, featured a panel of cybersecurity experts who outlined the most common digital threats and typical scam tactics. By explaining how fraudsters operate, the speakers helped students understand the underlying mechanisms of online attacks.
