Nguyen Tien Nam from the Department of Cybersecurity said that fraudsters make websites that look like official ones. They also pay for ads to attract users and promise 'instant visas' to gain trust.

Users should only go to official websites with '.gov.vn' and be careful when giving personal info or paying online. If you see signs of fraud, report it to the police. Fake websites can steal your passport details or payment data.
