The woman, Margarita Cielo Balbuena, said through an interpreter, 'I ask that you be champions of a change in the immigration laws,' with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Rep. Rob Menendez by her side.
She also said, 'We need a path to citizenship for those of us who have been here for at least 7 years. We need to stop the immigration raids that are scaring people in New Jersey.'

He also said, 'At a Democratic event, you demanded citizenship for people who have been here for just 7 years, showing arrogance and entitlement.'
Gregory Bovino claimed that Democrats' open borders policies allow many foreigners into the country, making assimilation not required.

Rep. Jeffries said, 'Delaney Hall needs to be shut down, and that will remain a high priority for us.'
He also said, 'The behavior of ICE is not consistent with our values and what America should represent.'
The White House responded, saying that sanctuary politicians' smears are causing a 1,300% increase in assaults and an 8,000% increase in death threats against ICE officers.
