To avoid bad content, you can change a setting to stop videos from playing automatically when you use X.

Step 1: Go to Settings and privacy

This is found under More on desktop computers.

Step 2: Go to Accessibility, display and languages

Step 3: Click on Data Usage

Step 4: Click Autoplay, then choose Never

This stops all videos from playing when you use X.

Even if you stop videos, you might still see some images that are disturbing.
