Taylor Frankie Paul is speaking out after a petition was filed by Utah’s Department of Children and Family Services. The petition says her three children may be 'abused, neglected or dependent'.

The petition asks a court to order supervision and appoint a guardian to represent the children.

We have not seen the petition.

Taylor Frankie Paul said on social media that there is 'a lot of false information' and it does not affect her.

She said, 'It’s not true. There are some things that are true as well. I want to talk about it all.'

Paul said there are documents online, but she does not need to read them because she lived it.

She said, 'This is a serious matter. If something is wrong or misunderstood, I will deal with it in court.'

Paul tried to keep the court documents secret.

Paul said, 'People think I am hiding something. I wanted to keep it secret for my children, but I was not allowed to.'

Paul said her court process is slow, but she has made progress.

There were things in the court filings that raised concerns.

Paul said, 'I care about mental health. I have a therapist and a life coach who help me.'

Paul said, 'I did not make my daughter change her brother’s diapers. If she wanted to help, I let her.'

She said, 'If that is bad, then so be it. My daughter likes to help with diapers and bags.'

Paul talked about an outburst during a visit, which was mentioned in the petition.

She said, 'I was emotional and took a step outside to breathe. I would never leave someone in my home alone.'

Paul said, 'If my children had to choose, they would choose me and my home.'

At the end of the video, Paul said she will share the good and the bad.

She said, 'I am not a perfect mother. I have faults, but I will stand up for myself.'

Paul said, 'This experience has been very difficult. I will show the process and make mistakes. I will own them.'

Paul’s lawyers said she is looking forward to continuing her progress and becoming a healthier version of herself.

Paul’s mother said the child abuse allegations are 'entirely false and absurd'.

She said, 'My grandchildren live in a safe and loving home. They are well taken care of and not abused or neglected.'

Paul’s mother said her grandchildren have a full-time nanny and a supportive family.

Last week, Paul posted a photo on Instagram and talked about her legal battles and public feuds.

She said, 'I cried for hours and let myself feel all the emotions. I need to stop letting ego and fear control me.'

Paul said she had to 'get recentered' and admit her mistakes.

She said, 'I miss my babies and it hurts. My heart is broken and I am afraid of who to trust.'

Paul has been in the news after production on her show was halted due to a domestic violence investigation.

ABC pulled an episode of The Bachelorette starring Paul after a video surfaced of a domestic violence incident.

A Utah court ordered Paul and her ex-boyfriend to stay away from each other for three years.

Both Paul and her ex-boyfriend asked for long-term protective orders against each other.

The court commissioner said their relationship is 'very toxic' and granted their requests.

If they violate the orders, they could face criminal charges.
