Chinese Tourist Gets Back Lost Rolex Watch at Phu Quoc Airport

Airport police got a thank-you letter from a Chinese tourist named Jiming Shi. They found and returned her boyfriend's Rolex watch.

Jiming Shi said the officers were very professional and responsible.

Jiming Shi reported that her boyfriend's watch was lost on Monday. This happened before they got on a flight from Phu Quoc to China.

There were many passengers at Phu Quoc Airport in December 2025.

The police started looking for the lost watch right away.

The watch fell out when the couple's suitcases hit each other on the baggage belt.

The police asked other passengers to help find the watch, but they couldn't find it before the couple left for China.

The police kept looking for the watch after the couple left. Later, they found out that another passenger had picked it up and they told Jiming at 11:29 p.m.

Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam had 1.5 million foreign visitors from January to July. This is 53% more than the year before.
