0:42national political correspondent for

0:44some answers. And there's three

0:45important things for you to know thing.

0:50Donald Trump is the king of sore losers.

0:53>> Great damage has been done to our

0:55country. Our elections were left

0:57vulnerable to being rigged and stolen.

1:00>> Whenever he loses an election, he tries

1:02to spin the narrative into one about

1:04election fraud. And of course, 2020 was

1:07his biggest loss ever. So, of course,

1:09he's trying to put himself in the middle

1:10of that story as the world's biggest

1:13loser. The second thing is our elections

1:16in the United States are controlled by

1:17states, not the federal government. But

1:19that's another reason Donald Trump got

1:20on TV late last week. He wants more

1:23federal control over elections. And

1:25that's why he's trying to compel

1:26Congress and voters to pass the SAVE

1:30Act. The Save Act would put more federal

1:33standards on elections and require proof

1:36of citizenship at polling stations. The

1:38irony here is that the more Donald Trump

1:40talks about losing in 2020, the more

1:43likely he is to lose in 2026. Democrats

1:47like Senator John Oaf love it when the

1:50president wants to talk about election

1:51security because he's not talking about

1:53the issues that really matter to voters.

1:56Tonight, I heard a failed president

2:00desperately casting about for excuses to

2:02meddle in the upcoming election if he

2:04can or to discredit the result when he

2:07loses decisively as I expect. So, the

2:10upshot of all this might be that the

2:12Democrats end up doing really well in
