Sheepstealer was in trouble in House of the Dragon Season 3. It did not do anything wrong, it was just in the wrong place.

What happened to Sheepstealer in episode 7? Is it still alive after the dragon fight?

Rhaena and Sheepstealer hid in a cave, but Addam and Baela found them. Daemon was worried and went to find Rhaena. Then Addam and Rhaenyra showed up.

Rhaenyra was angry with Daemon and Rhaena. The dragons started fighting, and it was a very uncomfortable scene. Daemon told the others to leave so he could finish off Sheepstealer.

Daemon fell off his dragon, and Sheepstealer went away hurt. They did not follow him, they just left him in the Vale.

Sheepstealer is probably alive. If another dragon came back from the dead, we would not be surprised if Sheepstealer did too. Daemon and his dragon could have killed Sheepstealer, but they did not.

Dragons are very strong. Sheepstealer's injuries were bad, but not as bad as another dragon's burns.

We think we will see Sheepstealer again.
