Employment lawyer Fay Calderone is concerned this arrangement may leave workers without correct entitlements, including superannuation.

Ms Calderone says calling someone a contractor does not necessarily mean it is correct.

The Fair Work Ombudsman spokesperson says it will make inquiries into Supp.
