Tesla is recruiting for several management and specialist jobs in Vietnam. The hiring shows the company is getting ready to sell and support its electric cars in the country.

The openings cover sales, service, procurement, human resources and charging infrastructure development. Ricky Ip, Tesla’s talent acquisition lead for Asia‑Pacific, announced five full‑time openings on X.

One opening is for a project developer who will build electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure, showing the network’s importance. Tesla Motors Vietnam Limited Liability Company was registered on September 11 with charter capital of more than VND 77 billion (about US$3 million).

These recruitment steps and the new legal entity are preparatory actions for Tesla to operate vehicle sales, distribution and after‑sales services in Vietnam. The move gives Vietnamese workers new career paths in the electric‑vehicle sector.
