0:00When you look at some of the AI companies are today's AI valuations justified?

0:04During the internet bubble things got a little bit ahead of themselves and some of the phenomenal

0:09valuations then collapsed, and my expectation is that the same thing will be true in AI,

0:15that because of the productivity increases that we already have seen in some areas,

0:21and I do expect these productivity increases to be rolled out across all

0:26different sectors of the economy, this is a revolution that will create more value

0:32than probably any other technology revolution that we've ever seen.

0:36That the road there is going to be a bit of a roller coaster is also something that I expect

0:42and some of the valuations have clearly got ahead of themselves and some of them are of course based

0:48on these gigantic circular orders that are being placed between Nvidia, OpenAI, Anthropic and so

0:55on, in the hundreds of billions. And if you do the math, that doesn't seem to work out.
