It's unlikely that Aegon used magic to bring Sunfyre back. In episode 5, Aegon killed a man with a dagger, not a scale. Aegon was in danger because the man knew who he was. The man tried to steal Aegon's crown. Aegon had to defend himself.

It's more likely that Sunfyre was in a coma after a big battle and woke up later. Maybe when Aegon visited Sunfyre's resting place, it helped the dragon wake up. Aegon had said that Sunfyre was alive.
