US Dollar Value Drops Against Vietnamese Dong

The US dollar is worth a little less against the Vietnamese dong. It is now at 26,420 dong. Vietcombank still says one dollar is 26,450 dong.

The US dollar is not worth as much as it was. This is because prices are not rising as fast as people thought. There is also fighting in the Middle East, which could make prices rise.

The dollar is worth less against the Japanese yen. It is now at 162.075 yen. The euro is a little stronger at $1.1472.

The British pound is still strong at $1.354. People think the new prime minister will choose a finance minister who will be careful with money.

The Australian and New Zealand dollars are a little weaker. The Australian dollar is at $0.6995 and the New Zealand dollar is at $0.5842.

The US dollar index is not changing much. It is at 100.47, which is its lowest value since June 18. The dollar has fallen in value over the past two days and might fall more this week.
