Tyler Duckworth, who was on 'The Challenge' and 'The Real World: Key West', has died at 44.

His mother, Joni, said on Facebook that Tyler died. The cause of death is not known yet.

The police went to Tyler's home to check on him. They found him unresponsive in his bathroom.

The police said Tyler was dead. They are waiting for an autopsy to find out how he died.

Tyler first appeared on 'The Real World: Key West' in 2006. He also competed on 'The Challenge'.
