Korean Rapper AQUINAS Came Out As Gay Then Disappeared

AQUINAS, a rapper from High School Rapper 3, got a lot of support when he said he was gay on Instagram.

AQUINAS was on many TV shows. He was on High School Rapper 3 in 2019 and came in second. He made some great songs and people liked him because he was unique and talented.

In 2021, people praised AQUINAS for being honest about being bisexual.

In 2024, AQUINAS said he was actually gay, not bisexual, with a rainbow flag photo.

When he shared this, people commented with kind words. Even though Korea can be traditional, international fans supported AQUINAS.

On Reddit, people also supported him. Some fans said Korea still has a problem with talking about sexuality, but others were happy he could be open.

If more famous people in Korea say they are LGBTQIA+, it will help the community and fewer people will be afraid to be themselves.

After saying he was gay, AQUINAS has not made music. His last song was in April 2024. Some people think he might have gone back to a normal life and is working in a store.
