The story is about a man who moved from making music for a famous cartoon to leading the legal team of Texas. It is interesting because it mixes art and politics.

Johnson composed musical scores for 67 episodes and five Dragon Ball Z movies. According to IMDB, he was listed as a composer on dozens of episodes from 1990 to 2008 and he also voiced roles in the anime Berserk.

Johnson is a seasoned litigator. He has degrees in physics and law and has been a Texas state senator since 2019. He won the majority of votes in nearly all Texas border districts and major cities against Republican Mayes Middleton.

Johnson will take over as Texas attorney general from Republican Ken Paxton. This new role follows his long work in music and law.
