Domestic and international visitors can enter the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Heritage Site and the Lam Kinh Special National Relic for free on Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (Nov 23) and Vietnam Culture Day (Nov 24). This special offer makes a famous historic site easy to visit.
The board will organise a range of distinctive cultural and artistic activities for local residents and tourists on November 23 and 24. These events give visitors more chances to see local art and traditions.
The board is refurbishing the sites' landscapes, arranging tour guides, and working to improve service quality and strengthen security and safety measures. These actions aim to keep the sites clean, helpful and safe for everyone.
Thanh Hoa welcomed about 15.9 million tourists in the first nine months of 2026, reaching 94.9% of its annual target, with tourism revenue estimated at 42.8 trillion VND (≈1.65 billion USD). The free entry and new activities may help attract even more visitors in the future.
