Emirates added a new flexible headrest in economy seats. The headrest helps the head and neck feel more comfortable.

The airline also plans to put electric privacy screens in premium‑economy on its Airbus A350 planes. This will give passengers more privacy.

In first class, Emirates has suites with privacy doors, on‑demand meals, and lights and temperature that can be changed. Some Boeing 777 planes even have floor‑to‑ceiling doors.

The Dubai first‑class lounge has showers, three‑course meals, and a direct boarding gate. Emirates also won awards for best international first class and best international airline lounge.
