On October 25, a wedding was held in Can Tho for Khang Minh and Phuong Hao. When two foreign male tourists stopped to watch, the host family warmly invited them to join the celebration.
The tourists quickly became part of the party. One of them sang the Vietnamese song ‘Chi Rieng Minh Ta’ and danced on stage, while his friend did push‑ups, making guests laugh.
Andy later said he and his friend Tyler had prepared a wedding envelope with cash for the bride and groom, which surprised the family. He also said Tyler performed the ‘caterpillar’ dance, and videos of their performances went viral, gaining thousands of views and praise online.
This story shows how Vietnamese weddings warmly welcome strangers and how guests often give a cash envelope as a gift. The hospitality left the tourists with unforgettable memories.
