Tan Son Nhat Airport has changed the places of its priority security lanes in all three terminals. The new layout starts on Sunday, so passengers should know where to go to avoid missing a flight.
At Terminal 1 the priority lane is now on the first floor. At Terminal 2 the lane stays at screening machine 1 on the second floor, and wheelchair users are sent to machine 10 on the same floor.
Terminal 3 moved its priority lane to the central area of the second‑floor departure hall. The lanes are only for people who qualify, such as flight crews, on‑duty airline staff, the elderly, pregnant women, infants, people with disabilities and others who need special help. Ticket class or airline membership does not give access.
Airport officers are placed in the check‑in areas to guide travelers and tell them to follow signs and staff instructions. The Border Gate Police said the re‑arrangement went smoothly after the first day, helping passengers move through security without delay.
