The BIGBANG concerts will be held on October 24 and 25 at My Dinh Stadium in Hanoi. The organizers have set strict rules about what fans can bring, so reading them can save you trouble.
Professional cameras, interchangeable lenses, tablets, iPads, GoPro cameras and any lens attachment for a smartphone are not allowed inside the stadium. These items are listed as prohibited recording equipment.
Backpacks larger than A4 size, reusable water bottles, perfume, body sprays, outside food and drinks, chairs, stools, large umbrellas and fan merchandise larger than 15 × 40 cm are also banned. Fans must plan their packing in advance because bag inspections are thorough and non‑compliant items can lead to denied entry.
Minh Huyen, a 30‑year‑old fan, had to unpack her new camera, a small perfume bottle and a reusable water bottle after reading the prohibited‑item list. Check‑in begins at noon, gates open between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., and the performances start at 7:30 p.m.
