On Oct. 24, 2026, G‑Dragon smashed a guitar during BigBang’s concert in Hanoi. The act drew cheers from tens of thousands of fans and made the night unforgettable.

The guitar‑smashing stunt first appeared when the group promoted “Tonight,” the title track of their fourth mini‑album released in early 2011. It was shown at the “2011 Big Show” concert in late February 2011, on the TV program “The Big Bang Show,” and on weekly music shows in March 2011.

Since then, the smash has become a signature moment for BigBang. The band brought it back on later tours, especially the 20th‑anniversary world tour that began in 2026.

The Hanoi shows on Oct. 24‑25, 2026 are part of the “BigBang 2026‑2027 World Tour (XX: COSMOS),” which will have about 39 shows until Feb. 28, 2027. The guitar smash continues to excite fans and marks the group’s 20‑year history.
